A Partner on Your Personal Journey
This program provides you with an opportunity to work with a small group of peers and other store employees within our Goodwill Stores merchandising and production department. Our staff will assist you in building the skills and abilities needed to be a successful employee for Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley. In addition, we will help you obtain the confidence, support and services needed to advance your employment within Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley, or if you choose, obtain employment with another employer within your community.
