The Returning Citizen Mentoring Program partners community mentors with Dayton Correctional Institution (DCI) inmates to provide the returning citizens with support and encouragement for a successful future.

Through the Work Experience Program (WEP) at Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley, individuals receiving public assistance have access to job-readiness training and employment services. Funded through a contract with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, the WEP helps break the cycle of poverty by offering services geared specifically for individuals experiencing economic hardships.

Youth services meet the unique needs of our communities’ aspiring young people. The focus of this dynamic service is to assist youth, between the ages of 17 and 22, in preparing for the transition from school to the working world.
