When William started in the Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley job placement program, he was homeless and living in a shelter.  He had a difficult time hearing what people were saying and that really hurt his confidence.  When he eventually asked for assistance and received hearing aids, his confidence level improved tremendously.
