Pathways II
In March of 2009 J’uan entered the Pathways program at GESMV and expressed his desire to get a permanent job. J’uan had been working in temporary positions for quite some time and never knew when he would be working or for how long.
J’uan was referred to our Mental Health Employment Program to work with Nikole Snouffer for job development. They decided to apply for one of the janitorial contract positions through GESMV. J’uan was hired on and began working in August 2009.
J'uan is now a supervisor at Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley. He's in charge of the Xenia-area and Wilmington custodial team. Great Job J'uan.
