Aides with Seniors
Work with senior citizens or dependant disabled adults in our Adult Day Center in Dayton, Piqua, and Beavercreek.
Help engage and these adults by assisting with activity programs including arts and crafts, music therapy, sing-a-longs or bingo. Anything that keeps the brain stimulated helps slow the effects of age related dementia and that can be as simple as one on one conversation or help putting a puzzle together. Goodwill Easter Seals operates Centers of Excellence and has achieved this distinction though the efforts of dedicated staff and volunteers.
Youth 16 years old and older who are working in a CTC program, High School program, in need of service hours, or simply enjoy working with seniors may become Student-Aides by completing the Student Application and having it signed by a parent or guardian. We encourage you to do so.
