Pre-Release Mentoring Program
If you would truly like to make a difference in the life of a woman come participate in the Pre-Release Mentoring Program. You should be willing to work with women incarcerated in the Dayton Correctional Institute six months prior to their release and six months after their release in order to help create a life altering experience.
By committing to the pre-release relationship you establish a stability and possibility for success that this person will not otherwise have; and the chance of successful transition from prison to outside jumps considerably.
We are looking for adult women, committed to devoting focused, consistent time to help returning citizens be responsible members of society and family. All inside visits are planned; volunteers are trained and work together with Goodwill Easter Seals employees for a successful program.
